Can I pay online?
Live pricing: we lock in the lowest price, including any drops, sales, or rebates, when we confirm your order. You may pay a 20% card deposit at checkout on our payment processor’s secure page — we never store card numbers here. Tire prices and any shipping are confirmed at the lowest live rate when our rep confirms your order.
What is the deposit?
A 20% deposit locks your order and price. You may pay a 20% card deposit at checkout (handled by our payment processor, not stored here). The balance is paid with Venmo, cash, or Snap financing at pickup or install.
How do pickup and ready times work?
Ready times are counted from order confirmation by our rep, not from the moment you submit the form. For San Bernardino, Loma Linda, Redlands, pickup or partner install is typically ready within 24 hours of that confirmation. Norco, CA is pickup only — allow at least 24 hours after rep confirmation so tires can be ready. Upland, CA is pickup only — allow at least 24 hours after rep confirmation so tires can be ready. Eastvale, CA is pickup only — allow at least 24 hours after rep confirmation so tires can be ready. Street addresses are shared on your order confirmation, not on this website. Orders are for local pickup (and partner install where offered on this site). We do not ship tires to your home.
Where is partner install offered?
Optional partner install is available in pickup areas where install is offered on this site. Other areas are pickup only unless noted on the pickup page. Contact us for install pricing details.
What fees should I expect?
Listed tire prices are plus tax and recycling fees. Tire disposal is charged per tire on every order. Sales tax is estimated from the sales tax rate for your chosen pickup location (or the shop default until you choose). Federal excise tax (FET) is included in our tire price formula where it applies. Prices shown before checkout are before tax and disposal unless noted.
How can I pay?
At pickup or install: Venmo, cash, or Snap financing. Pay a card deposit at checkout when you submit your order. Card deposits use our payment processor’s secure checkout — we never store card numbers on this site. Details are on our Payment options page and in your confirmation email.
