How our live pricing works
We show prices tied to tires we have in local stock right now—not a static catalog from months ago. This page explains how those numbers work with our inquiry-only checkout and what happens after you send a cart.
Live prices from current stock
When you search a size, you see our live price on qualifying in-stock tires. Listings reflect recent inventory updates and show stock availability from our latest inventory sync.
Live pricing: we lock in the lowest price, including any drops, sales, or rebates, when we confirm your order. That is the same principle described on our FAQ—your rep verifies what applies to your specific tires before you pay.
Order request, then confirmation
You add tires to a cart and submit an order request with your contact information and pickup or shipping preferences. A team member confirms your final per-tire price, fees shown in your estimate, and when the set will be ready.
Payment options depend on your shop settings—card deposit at checkout when enabled, otherwise pay at pickup or install with the methods listed on our payment options page.
Deposit locks your order
A deposit locks your order and price once your rep confirms details. The deposit percentage is listed on our payment options page and in your estimate. Until we confirm, the price you see is our best current live quote, not a paid invoice.
Pickup and optional install
Fulfillment is pickup and partner install where offered; some shops also offer ship-to-home when enabled. Choose a pickup area or shipping option when you order. See pickup locations and installation pages for how scheduling works in your area.
Rebates and manufacturer offers
When manufacturers run prepaid-card or mail-in rebates, we pass them along when we can confirm eligibility on your order. Our deals page lists active manufacturer rebates we are tracking; your rep can also check current offers for your brand and size when you reach out.
What you see before you pay
Search results show our current per-tire price, optional out-the-door estimates for a full set, and a stock badge so you know availability before you request an order. Promotions and instant savings are applied on the server when you review quantity on a tire detail page or in your cart—never trust a discount typed into a browser form.
If a size is not listed yet, use the notify form on the results page and we will load inventory for that size when possible. You can also shop by vehicle or browse common sizes from the home page and tire sizes index.
